Your artist will explain your aftercare in full at the end of your appointment, accompanied with a leaflet. I accept responsibility for following the aftercare instructions provided by the tattoo artist. Failure to do so may negatively affect healing and the final appearance of the tattoo. This could also leave me at risk of infection.*

I understand that my tattoo artist, is a Junior Tattoo Artist (3+ years of experience) who has completed full training in the Tattoo Toolkit and has been assessed and licensed by the Environmental Health. I understand that my tattoo is offered at a reduced rate as Summer-Rose is building her portfolio, that minor imperfections may occur, and that any future touch-ups will be a chargeable session.

I understand that tattooing is a handmade art form created by a human artist on living skin. Because of this, natural variations in line work, shading, and detail can occur and are part of what makes each tattoo unique.*
