At Inkantations, every tattoo is a spell, a story, and an act of transformation.
Our name is a play on incantations, because what we do is more than ink. It’s about crafting charms of self-expression, confidence, and love, etched into skin with care and intention.
We are a premium tattoo studio built on warmth, artistry, and connection to our clients and to the artwork that we create. Every detail, from the scent in the air to the care in your aftercare, is designed to make our clients feel seen, valued, and a little bit enchanted.
Our artists are HIGHLY experienced, with up to 20 years of tattooing experience each, your tattoo is being created by skilled, licensed and insured practitioners.
Our name, 'Inkantations' comes from one of the oldest stories of tattooing. Long ago, shamans would mark the skin with meaningful symbols and place an incantation on each tattoo to help guide warriors safely from the struggles of purgatory into heaven. These early tattoos were more than decoration, they were protection, hope, and a way to honour the journey of a life. Our studio sits in a beautiful old building that we deeply respect, and the name Inkantations feels like it truly belongs here. It reflects our love for the history of tattooing and our belief that every piece of ink created in this space carries intention, care, and a little bit of magic.

At Inkantations, we believe that a huge part of what sets us apart from other studios is our attitude towards our clients (and each other). Our clients are the most important thing to us and we want to ensure that they have the BEST experience, in addition to a kick-ass new piece of body art or jewellery!
